Yes, we accept debit/credit cards. Ensure your bank allows online transactions, and you can use leading credit or debit cards for payment.

 

Address changes are accepted before shipment. Confirm details via WhatsApp/calls after ordering. Notify address changes at that time or contact us for modifications before shipping. Once shipped, address changes may not be possible.

Delivery times vary based on factors such as product type and courier services. Most merchandise is handmade to order and may take7 to 8 days for shipment. Deliveries by leading courier services (Delhivery, Xpressbees, Bluedart, DTDC, Ekart, Shadow fax) occur between Monday and Sunday, excluding major festive holidays. However, actual delivery times may be influenced by external factors like weather conditions and transport issues beyond our control.

Once your order is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number via email or through your account on our website. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment & get real-time updates on its status.

Product returns are subjected to terms and conditions. Please refer to our returns policy for details.

Refund or replacement can be requested on the basis of customer provide 360 degree opening parcel video without any pause & cut. If we do not get opening parcel video nobody will be entertained. Do not ask for any replacement or refund.

Our company does not offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as a payment option and only accepts prepaid orders. This decision has been made to enhance the efficiency of our payment process and minimize associated risks

We’re delighted to offer free shipping on the majority of our products. However, please note that there are certain items for which additional shipping charges may apply. The specific shipping costs for each product are clearly mentioned on the respective product pages.

Returns

  • Unfortunately, we do not accept returns/exchange/cancellation once items are delivered.
  • Orders cancellations are possible within 24 hours, and a refund will be processed.
  • If you received a damaged product or wrong item, please reach out to us within 24 hours of receiving the order by sending an email to rejoicein8@gmail.com.
  •  It is mandatory to provide uncut product unboxing video so that in case of any damage/wrong item, we can resolve the issue.
  • Please note that without the unboxing video we won’t be able to exchange the product.
  • Exchange due to merchandise fitting issues is not allowed, unless we shipped you a different size than what was ordered.
  • Exchange due to color difference is not allowed as the images on website may slightly differ from the actual product due to differences in lighting and viewing angles during photography.
  • To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Once we receive your item, Our Compliance team will inspect it and notify you if your exchange is approved.
  • You will be responsible for shipping cost for exchanging your item.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

  • We regret to inform you that certain types of items, such as custom products (including special orders or personalized items), are non-returnable. Please note that personalized items cannot be returned under any circumstances. We encourage you to reach out to us if you have any inquiries or issues regarding your specific item. Our team will be happy to assist you.
  • Regrettably, we will be unable to process returns for products on sale and gift cards.
    Cancellation
  • Please note that cancellation of any order is only possible prior to the initiation of shipment. If you have made a prepaid order and decide to cancel it, the amount will be automatically refunded to your Store Wallet. Please be aware that once the shipment has been initiated, it will no longer be possible to cancel the order. Note: Customised orders cannot be cancelled under any circumstances
