Returns & Exchanges Policy at Rejoicein


  • Unfortunately, we do not accept returns/exchange/cancellation once items are delivered.
  • Orders cancellations are possible within 24 hours, and a refund will be processed.


  • Contact us within 12 hours of receiving a damaged or incorrect item at rejoicein8@gmail.com or WhatsApp us.
  • Your Refund for The Damage Product Will Be Processed Within 24 Hours. 
  • Provide an uncut product unboxing video for resolution in case of damage or wrong item.
  • Exchange for merchandise fitting issues is not allowed, except for wrong size shipped.
  • Exchange for colour difference is not allowed due to variations in lighting during photography.
  • Eligibility for exchange requires unused and original condition of the item.
  • Shipping costs for exchanging items are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Our team will inspect the item upon return and notify you of the exchange status.
  • if a Valid Claim of Damage is Confirmed, We Will Ship The Replacement  Product. if The Same Product is Unavailable, The Customer Can Order Another Product;  Refunds Will Not Be Given in Any Intance.  



Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items:

  • Certain items are non-returnable, including custom products(special orders or personalized items)
  • Personalized items cannot be returned under any circumstances.

  • Returns cannot be processed for products on sale and gift cards.

Cancellation Policy:

  • Order cancellation is only possible before the initiation of shipment.
  • For prepaid orders, the amount will be refunded to your account upon cancellation.
  • Once the shipment has started, cancellation is not possible.
  • Customized orders cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.
