Shipping & returns
Everything is made in small numbers, so please allow a little time. We would rather send the right thing late than the wrong thing quickly.
01 Dispatch
Orders leave us within two to four working days. Pieces marked woven to order take longer — we will tell you how long before you pay.
02 Delivery
Shipping within India is complimentary on orders over ₹1,999, and ₹99 otherwise. Most parcels arrive in three to six working days.
We ship internationally on request. Write to us and we will quote you.
03 Returns
Sarees may be returned within 15 days, unworn and with tags intact, for a refund or exchange. Write to us first and we will arrange collection.
Candles cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless they arrive damaged or faulty — in which case we replace them, and you keep the first.
04 If something is wrong
Tell us. We will make it right without argument. That is the whole policy.
